Took 8 days instead of 3 and not once was I contacted or apologized to. No one bothered to call tonorovide status updates. I had to call and when I was told it was almost done Monday, itâs be ready Tuesday by afternoon, I called at 3pm and they said no itâll be ready Wednesday.

I felt like I seen a new dent/scratch on the front of my car that was not there before. No way for me to prove that it happened while it was there, but I know it was new.

I was quoted 3-4 weeks and it was 6. Thatâs a long time to not have the main household vehicle. I donât believe I would have gotten it back then if I hadnât pressured them with a deadline. We did get it back the day before our trip which meaning we didnât have to rent a car or cancel our vacation.
