Oxnard collision Center repaired my model Y better than expected. The car looks brand new. It probably looks better than it was new. Thank you to the whole team at Oxnard from customer support to all employees who repaired my car for doing such an awesome job. Hopefully no more accidents, but if I do, this is the only repair shop I trust.

I am so impressed with the quality of the work. The car didn't look better when it was brand new. Also, the suspension feels better than ever. I am also impressed with their warranty for as long as I own the car, everything that they fix is guaranteed to stay fixed! I have been going there for over 15 years and several accidents and I will never go anywhere else, because they are the best. I don't worry about anything they do being done right. Also, very friendly staff (all of them) make me feel relaxed and reduce the amount of anxiety associated with the stressful situation of accidents, which is no small feat. I recommend them without hesitation. I have a Toyota, but they treat me like it was a Porsche or Mercedes or something like that.

I had a fantastic experience with Oxnard Collision Center. From start to finish, their customer service was exceptional. The team was professional, friendly, and communicative, keeping me updated throughout the process. They did an amazing job fixing my car, and it looks as good as new! The quality of the work is outstanding, and the turnaround time was faster than expected. I truly appreciate their attention to detail and the care they put into my vehicle. Highly recommend this shop for anyone in need of reliable, top-notch auto repair!

These guys are solid. So far the work on my car has held up and they have pretty strong attention to detail. They also throw in small things here or there for free, which is cool, like new window trim and fixing a few bumps and bends that aren’t part of the claim (above board though, they aren’t charging insurance for that, at least not explicitly as far as I can tell!). But they are definitely not cheap! My car was appraised at 5,500 bucks and it came out to over 12,000, lol. Insurance paid, but that’s just an idea of what you’re getting into. Repairs took a bit over a month with back and forth from the insurance. Oxnard provided a rental that was adequate but had definitely been smoked in. Not necessarily their fault, though! Seems like the majority of the wait is insurance dealings. Not specifically their fault, either, just how the industry works. Insurance underpays, shops overcharge, and they meet in the middle. This review is positive, but just a note: Carwise doesn’t let you give star reviews, so that’s why everything you see here is 5 stars. Couple more notes: My aftermarket bumper looks good enough where no one would know it’s aftermarket, but *I* can tell it isn’t OEM quite easily. There are very subtle undulations in the most obvious place where the plastic was probably thinned out by the manufacturer to save money. Not a huge deal, but if that kind of thing concerns you, you might want to insist on OEM. Their paint work is perfection, though. So if it lasts, nbd. I was told there was no difference in the look of the bumper, though, and there definitely is. Ed is always ready and willing to fix issues, but I didn’t bring this up because it’ll really only be noticed by me. Just wanted to throw that out there! Also, their porter seems to handle cars kind of aggressively when moving them around the lot, may be something to mention to them. They also left my window open a bit when it was cloudy out with potential to rain. I showed up one morning before anyone arrived to open up (to pick up my rental) and it was like that, which meant it was open all night. I mentioned it to them and they were very accommodating and said they’d close it. But these are small things no doubt beyond Ed’s control (nobody’s perfect!) despite his positive desire for perfection, which I did see evidenced in the work, especially the paint and body work, which matters most. That’s basically it! I would recommend them. I would go back to them. Just wanted to be thorough. :)

Ed and the team as Oxnard Collision Repair did an amazing job and went above and beyond at every stage of my repair. From the start Ed spent time on the phone talking me through the repair process and explaining his plan to ensure my Z06 was repaired properly and completely. He went to bat for me with my insurance and helped to explain the correct repair. He even allowed me to visit my car through the repair process as GM had back ordered or sent beat up parts several times. I thoroughly enjoyed getting to know the team and count Ed as a friend for life!
