Communication and customer service is lacking in today's society. But Nick was superb in updating us on the care, communication, and service of our car. Even though it was just a basic older car and a "small" repair...felt like he cared as if it was new and an expensive brand! Thanks Nick and thank you to the body shop workers!

Devin was great to deal with. The only ‘issue’ I had was the reception area seemed eager to close prior to the designated hours of operation. Because of my work schedule, I would cut it close (5:20ish), and would feel like a disturbance or disruption. (Everyone was kind, so this could be a “it’s me not you” situation)
