The bumper was not fully bolted down and also there was still molding process on the bumper that was from the factory that should of been sanded off from the beginning and then painted. AND these bafoons didn't take off my tail lights when doing the paint job they got over spray on my taillights that sits under the hatch. There were also paint that wasnt done from the bumper smashing against the quarter panel which in the end caused rust to start forming where the bumper meets the wheel arch from the metal being exposed to the environment After the second go around of taking my car back to the shop to fix the missed paint spots there were bubbles in the paint and they just painted over the rust that formed after the wreck it wasn't even smooth it's like that just took spray paint to it said yeah that'll work. They didn't even bother trying to fix the rust which btw again formed AFTER the wreck. Whoever did the work on my car needs to be fired immediately. I bragged on John and gave him the benefit of the doubt at first but he had the audacity before doing the second job to say that they thought they did a good enough job the first time.. buddy what? Make this be a lesson for your workers to get the job done right the first time
