This was my first time using Ozark Body Works and I was quite impressed. For starters, the facility was nice and clean even for a body shop. I highly recommend working with John. He was easy to work with and communicated with me the way I prefer. I barely lifted a finger.

I asked for and thought that all the yellow road paint would be removed - but only part of it got removed with a new part. As a full time working mom of 4 - I don’t have time that can be wasted on things like this so very frustrating that my issue still isn’t resolved and now I’ve got to spend more time figuring out how to get the rest of this paint off because I am not spending another $570 on top of what I’ve already paid to Ozark Body Works to get this removed.

The whole staff is the greatest, from start to finish. Their work and attention to detail are superb. Stephany is the best, so pleasant and professional. Jacob was thorough and very professional. Can’t say enough about the peeps in the shop either, great work and superb results folks.

Some details were not finished until car was returned to the shop. Tailgate is making noise that was not there before you worked on the car.
