A piece of the driver's inner door panel fell off. It didn't look like it was glued good. I put it back on. No problem

There was a little confusion on the payment from the insurance company and the estimate I was given. Although I was informed that they found more damage once they got into the repair, I didn't get a total of what the additional charges would be. When I got the check, it looked like they had waived the deductible that they said might be applied if the other insurance company paid. Turns out, I didn't have enough information to know what was going on.

Ozark Body Works was wonderful to work with in this claim process. Not only does the exterior look great, they were very communicative. Even when I had to revisit their shop, their work was quick and professional. I hope to never need repair work again; however, if I do OBW is who I will call.

I'm probably one of the pickiest customers they'll ever have I had a mishap on a brand new 4-month-old 2026 Silverado truck and I've been doing body work all my life still do it work at a body shop this place is absolutely incredible I'm absolutely speechless with the repair Nick is incredibly an awesome person stayed in touch with me through the whole process Again I am amazed at the quality of work that comes out of that building I would recommend Ozark body works to anybody
