Although the vehicle was returned within a reasonable timeframe (approximately 10 days) and rental arrangements were handled through insurance, the repair quality was unsatisfactory. Upon pickup, a clearly visible blemish remained on the left side of the rear bumper—the same area impacted in the collision. This was a nearly $9,000 repair involving replacement of the trunk hatch, rear bumper, fenders, trailer hitch, and body frame, and there was no pre-existing damage prior to the accident. The bumper should have been fully repaired or refinished as part of the overall rear-end repair, yet a blemished section was reinstalled. As a not-at-fault party, I expected the vehicle to be returned to its pre-collision condition. I have reached out to address this issue, and no return call has been made to resolve the matter.
