The only suggestion I would make is to that some personal calls would have been made to let me know the extent of the damage, which required that work had to be done by two other places. I am a widow living alone in Chadwick and had no other transportation, could not afford the out-of-pocket for a rental vehicle, so I needed to have a realistic idea of how long the repair process was going to take, as I had to depend on frietransportation ortation. The texts were not accurate about that. More personal communication would have helped for planning.

We heard of Ozark Body Works through our family. We had a horrible experience with the first shop we tried, so we went to Ozark Body Works hoping for something better. We got MUCH better than we expected. Customer service was fantastic! They kept us updated and walked us through the whole process while our car was getting fixed. It had extensive damage, as we were hit pretty hard. They took the challenge and fixed every aspect! I loved everything about that place. Our car looks BRAND NEW!
