My repair experience with Ozark Body Works was beyond excellent. First, I liked that they took to time to explain to me how they plan to fix my car. Second, they sent me daily notices updating me on the status of vehicle. The desk staff and repairmen were top notch and they are all about providing amazing customer service. They even fixed a small dent on my side door at no cost. So, nice and professional people. I appreciate them so much and very glad I chose Ozark Body Works.
