Our goal is to consistently advocate for the most quality and safe repairs for each of our customers. Our ONLY focus is our customers and returning them a vehicle that is repaired to the standards recommended by the manufacturer. Muffler half done and no phone calls communicating about it while it was there. It makes no sense on multiple levels that they even thought that wasn’t part of the accident!

The front desk dropping off and picking up was good. They didn’t let Enterprise know that I left the rental car there like they were supposed to until the following week so I almost got charged extra.

They received a check from the insurance companu ut failed to order the parts or scheduale a start date until i called and then they go to work. The car wound up getting scrapped but no refund is forthcoming. They blame to insurance company.
