Our goal is to consistently advocate for the most quality and safe repairs for each of our customers. Our ONLY focus is our customers and returning them a vehicle that is repaired to the standards recommended by the manufacturer. We are the only collision center between Denver, CO and the Canadian border certified with Rivian, BMW, MINI, Audi, VW, Dodge, Ram, Jeep, Hyundai, Kia, Nissan, Infiniti, Buick, GM, Cheverolet, Ford, and Lincoln. Would never recommend, and will let anyone who listens the reasons why. Also got a call that my battery was no good. Gave them permission to order a new one. Didn’t get a new battery because when I went to get my oil changed the next day, the gentleman told me my battery was low and definitely didn’t look new. The funny ( not funny. I went to pick up the car, I ASKED about the battery because she was charging 1000.00 which was my part of the insurance, and the part owner said “ the battery is on us “ due to all the issues. Then about an hour later I get a call from Ozzie’s a saying “ hey we forgot to charge you for the battery “I told her to talk to the “ part owner” as it was not charged to me… well that makes sense now… I didn’t get a NEW battery……!!!!!!!!

Worst service I have ever dealt with in my 61 years of life.I literally drove all the way from Montrose CO with all of my front end after being told from a very reputable auto body shop ( they just couldn’t get me in before the move) to keep all those parts because all the clips and light was reusable.. When I met with Mr. Hernandez and showed him what I drove up with he told he “ oh no we won’t need any of that” and threw them in the recycling bin. Low and behold when I get a call after waiting so long… that they are waiting on clips and a headlamp..🤔

I am only raising this to a 3, because after having my car in there ( for a 2 to 3 week) quoted by Mr. Hernandez. and a month goes by I finally started receiving calls, but only with empty promises. I tried to stay professional with this company but it took all that I had.. Later after calling and asking for a owner did I find out Mr. Hernandez wasn’t working there anymore.
