I appreciated the daily emails keeping me updated on the progress of my car. Everyone I met or had dealings with there were friendly and helpful. Rich took the time to explain the insurance process, claims, and necessary/needed work. Made the whole process less stressful and very easy. Both Rich and Bobby took the time the day I picked up my car to go over what had been done, and to reassure me if I had any problems not to hesitate to call or come back. Class A service!!
