We were called on a Saturday, Online your schedule says that the business is closed on Saturday and Sunday. We were offered a 45 minute window on Saturday to pick up our vehicle. We felt that was totally unreasonable. It was last minute and not very thoughtful

The body work is fine I’m satisfied with that. The issues are: 1. The auto alarm comes on while I’m driving the car. 2. The shift lock release that was damaged during the attempted theft was not fixed 3. The driver door window control damaged during the attempted theft was not fixed 4. The ignition switch gets caught when turning the car off

There was a delay with the work on our vehicle being completed, and we weren't told until we inquired, which was the day before our rental was to be returned. Please let future customers know the day you realize there may be some type of delay.

The repair and paint job was fabulous.. but there was a issue just above the bumper,that they said they would take care of it..other then that , people where very friendly and service was fast.would definitely recommend them to other people, and will bring my vehicles to them again
