Also, when I came in to pick up my car she was still very kind and communicative. If it has not been considered already, she should be given a raise for her consistent efforts. Her customer service skills are excellent. Any company would be lucky to have her, so your company should express gratitude for her services because she deserves it. *For the sake of clarity, she is the woman who wears glasses that are black with pink accents on the frames."
