My experience with Pacific Auto Body was exemplary. I was greeted by the owner outside of his office . Sean is very professional and explained everything to me . I felt very taken cared of and left my car with him with a feeling of “ I did the right thing to bring it here”. Then came the day of pick up after the job well done. And not just the excellent workmanship but they even clean my car inside out. Above and beyond is all I can say….

The owner was ao humble and easy to made transactions as well as his staff.very nice.. The prices was wise and affordable. The office was cute and very relaxing. I couldn’t be more pleased with the service I received from Sean and his team at Pacific Auto Body. I brought in my BMW for repairs, and from start to finish, the process went smooth. Sean was professional, honest, and incredibly knowledgeable of the software required when working on BMWs and other German automobiles. He took the time to walk me through the entire repair process, gave me a clear and fair estimate, and communicated consistently with updates along the way. The level of customer service he provided was above and beyond what I expected. When I picked up my car, I was blown away by the quality of the work. The repair was flawless—you’d never know the car had been damaged. Paint matched perfectly, body lines were crisp, and everything looked factory-fresh. My BMW was cleaned and looks brand new again. Only coz the color match must have been noticed and not fixed but we didn't discuss it - i wasn't feeling well & was overworked/tired from work etc. so I didn't notice at the time just trusting Sean coz he's very nice etc.
