I gave a rating of 9 because the customer service was excellent, and I am satisfied with the quality of the work. However, the cost of approximately $2,250 seemed high because the original rear bumper damage consisted of only three very small dents. I understand that the bumper was replaced with an aftermarket bumper and then painted and clear-coated, but without insurance coverage, I probably would not have chosen to make this repair. Overall, I was pleased with the service and workmanship.
