Communication was excellent. You kept me informed regularly of the progress on the work. I felt like I had a very clear idea of how the work was progressing. That suggests a high level of concern for someone who is death an accident that wasn’t their fault. It helped us plan for when we would have the car back. I appreciated that.

Very nice Work. Great communication every step of the way. Appreciated getting texts & phone calls when needed. It looks like they tried to clean up my car inside and out, so it looked nice when I got it. Not a thorough job, but did not expect anything like that. Everything went very well and I’m very happy with how it turned out.
