I thought all of the damage I pointed out upon drop off would be included in my estimate. There were grease pencil circles around the areas we discussed so of course I thought they'd be included in my estimate. When I picked up my car, the work which was done was beautiful. But the bumper remained a big bummer. I have to come back next week to drop off again. I live 30-40 minute drive away so it's not super convenient.
