The collision center made a few minor mistakes that required me to return to the center twice more than I needed to. Both examples were preventable with adequate planning and communication. I had to return during my repair because I was told at the time of drop-off that my roof rack key was not needed. Then I was told I needed to return to drop off my key. After I received my car, I drove home, and quickly received a call that not all of my car's interior components were returned to it before I was given the car, so I had to come back again to get back the mats that were removed during the repair m
