From start to finish Andrew (great asset to your team) was on point with communicating the the status of my vehicle. I knew that acquiring parts from Germany would be cause a bit of a delay but it was worth the wait. This customer service by far has exceeded my expectations. Thank you to everyone at the body shop for making this happen as quickly and professionally as possible. Should I need to repair my BMW’s in the future I will definitely be making the drive from Fresno (200 miles) again. Thanks again!
