Outstanding 5 star service!! Everyone was so nice and enthusiastic and lovely. The lobby was immaculate. Andrew and his team did a spectacular job of ceramic coating my new 7 series. It looks amazing. Well worth it. It looks like a black mirror..unbelievable. Thank You so much Pacific BMW!

Andrew Batenhorst is Excellent Service....personified. His work ethic rubs off on the entire Pacific BMW Collision Center Team......from the receptionist to the Service Technicians all the way to the Detailing Guy. I felt like I was driving my car out of the dealership for the first time. I bought a 1.5 acre 3.2 million dollar property in Rancho Cucamonga last year but in lieu of taking my BMW's to BMW Ontario.......I drive all the way to Glendale because of what Andrew and his Team brings to the table..........Ultimate Satisfaction!!!
