I was provided with a rental car while my car was being repaired. Enterprise and the shop assured me that I could leave the car there and it will be picked up. Weeks go by, I received a call from the car rental place inquiring of the whereabouts of the vehicle. I left the shop with the car and the keys. Apparently someone of the shop employees took the key home and they are currently on vacation. I filled the car tank with gas. Someone must have been driving the car while at the shop because enterprise charged me for the gas. It wasn’t much but is the principle.
