I was hoping for a good service but was disappointed. The high rating did not materialize for me. Jorge was helpful but it only takes a first time to make n impression. Ignacio promised what was delivered. Besides they were scratches on my car at pick up that was not on the photo taken by Ignacio which Jorge confirmed and helped me either it. My back seat was a mess with some white stuff. The car was not cleaned either. However, your customer service of relating information was good. That’s all for now.

Taking my car to this place it was the worst decision I ever made, my car took around (3) weeks in this place, they supposed to replace and paint my old fender and bumper, what they did was install a used scratched fender and they reused the existing bumper, what a shame for the body shop Owners, I am planning to take them to the court…

las partes que tenían que reemplazar no lo hicieron, tenían que remplazar y pintar el Fender de mi carro, lo reemplazaron con uno usado con raspones y no lo pintaron, el bumper el trato fue que lo reemplazaran, no lo hicieron usaron el mismo bumper, no se con que profesionalismo trabajan, fue la peor decisión haber llevado el carro a este body shop, no se como el manaller de este lugar no chequea los trabajos antes de entregarlos, si el pro supuesto que había para reparar el carro no hera el adecuado, mejor no hubieran hecho nada al carro…

Everyone that I encountered from the owner all the way through the staff was highly professional, all the way around like nothing I have ever experienced! The end result was way beyond my expectations! I will be a regular customer from here on. Hopefully not another accident situation but definitely the detailing services they offer. I’m so glad I asked. One wouldn’t think you could get those services from what I thought was just a body shop. They are above and beyond and take pride in every step! 5 Stars and more. Plus they are Subaru Certified!! 🤗
