Great service and good customer care. I like that I received constant updates via message. I was supported with all needed information about the damage of the vehicle and multiple repair operations provided from cheapest to most expensive. Repair was done quickly. My Toyota Camry was rear-ended, resulting in a significant dent, and damage to the paint. The next day, I searched online specifically for a Toyota Certified Collision Center. I clicked on Pacific Collision and was pleased I could obtain an estimate entirely online via my phone. This made a huge difference because the other drive and I agreed to avoid the insurance route. However just in case I needed to take further action, I wanted to demonstrate that I did my due diligence and searched reputable solutions. I was impressed by the speed, the courtesy response time, and the accurate communication was top tier. The staff were pleasant and I would highly recommend them.
