Pacific Collision staff was very professional. Tya Leibrock explained in detail what needed to be repaired, the cost and why certain repairs were imminent. Her staff was also very helpful with returning calls and relaying pertinent information. Great experience (not the accident), but the ease with which Pacific Collision made the entire situations turn-around. They even did car rental for us while the car was repaired.
