Service and communication was good. I filled out a customer service survey last week. My hybrid intercooler was damaged and needed repair. I brought my car in and asked that a 100,000 mile service be completed as well. I thought that was all I needed for approval. I received a text regarding the damage repairs covered by insurance and thought that the 100,000 mile service was separate, because the damage repairs were a service insurance issue. When I picked up my car (after 2 weeks), I was disappointed that the 100,000 mile service was not completed. I was told that I never approved it. Honestly, I go through my notifications and didnāt see a request for the approval, so figured since I asked for the service when I dropped car off it was approved.

ABSOLUTELY SUPERB- people and work!! Always kept me informed, always smiled, . . . felt like part of the crew. So accommodating, so timely, and work was done before the promised date. Worked seamlessly with Enterprise Car Rental. So glad I got three estimates for my car damage (rear end collision). Page, my last estimate, wasn't the least expensive estimate but that's because they were so thorough, honest, professional, and knew what they were doing. Total professionals.
