Not even sure where to start. Page Toyota collision center has been a nightmare to work with and trust with my new (1400 miles) vehicle purchased from the Page Honda dealership in Bloomfield. I owned the vehicle for 4 weeks before I was involved in a non-fault accident where someone hit the read end of my car on 12/23/25. Car was a brand new 2026 with 1436 miles on it at the time of incident. The only reason I picked the Page Toyota collision center was so all the dealer warranties, both OEM and the extra ones I paid for, would be honored as the work would be “OEM” by the same dealer. I even paid for the $1800 paint protection warranty (among others) from Page Honda to avoid the very issues described below: First vehicle pickup 1/20/26 received the vehicle back covered in snow with the body damage still clearly visible on the rear driver bumper and quarter panel. Didn’t see this damage until after I had arrived home that same day with the snow melted off the car. Brought the vehicle in again 1/27/26 where It was “worked on” in 15 minutes. The bumper was adjusted slightly, and I was told a new internal bracket needed to be ordered to fix this and I have to schedule a third visit. Upon leaving the collision center and parking again at work I noticed additional paint damage caused by the dealer not properly washing the vehicle before rubbing dirt and debris into the new paint. The “repaired” part of the vehicle still had body damage and CLEAR paint damage done by the dealer Upon calling the dealer and bringing these issues up I was told the damage to the paint must have been there prior. This is a brand-new vehicle with ceramic paint protection that has only seen touchless carwashes. Why was the new bracket not ordered initially? Never got a response from the dealer. Third visit this morning 2/2/26 I made an appointment for an 830 drop-off. Dealer collision center opens at 800am. Arrived at a closed collision center with an employee opening the gate at 8:19 and the manager of the collision center Randall arriving around 8:32. The rental vehicle I was promised was also NOT ready at this time. So, in all this will be the FOURTH time I have had to come back, taking time off work and school only to be left with more frustration. I’ve contacted my insurance company AAA multiple times now and have had to open a case against this dealer to ensure the work is done correctly with the paint or body of the vehicle not being damaged. At the point now where the vehicle may have to be taken to a different repair facility due to the incompetence of Page Toyota collision center. Throughout this entire process communication has been horrible, I mean absolutely horrible here. Customers never get called back in a timely manner and all the follow-up has been the customer contacting the dealer. The body work is also infuriating, brand new 2026 with low mileage and all the dealer upgrades for the vehicle and body work to be treated like it’s a winter beater with 100,000 miles on it. Sick to my stomach working with this collision center.

Give them all a raise, they deserve it. Everyone up front has great personality. And the techs knocked it out of the park. Let them know Toyota appreciates it's employees.

Ansley is amazing. I’d give him a 20 if it was possible but since 10 is the highest, that’s what I did
