Everyone at Page Toyota was extremely nice! First the gals in the office when the car was dropped off, and they were exceptionally nice when we went to pick up the car too. They even introduced us to the gentleman who did the work on the car… And that was a great touch!! I would highly recommend your collision shop!! The car looks great !!

The car was supposed to be repaired in 10 days but took 21 days because your painter was sick so it cost me an extra $259 in car rental I think you should give that in credit for future services on my Honda that would be nice

No one’s perfect, they can’t get the steering wheel completely straight. However I’m very satisfied with the repair. The car runs and drivers great. I don’t notice the steering wheel discrepancy. I also wish I got better gas mileage. But again the car runs and drives great and I’m satisfied. Thanks Page Toyota.

The collision shop did a good job on the repairs. However, the service was less friendly than I have come to expect from Page Toyota.

There was an issue with Enterprise Car Rental. Ken, manager, declared a rate of $35/day on day 1 and changed it to $45/day when the car was returned, day 7. The experience was disheartening from the start: < full tank of gas, no written paperwork to review, telephone not answered or 40 minute wait, rude, dismissive manager behavior when challenged with what was agreed upon, day 1. Page Toyota should find another car rental to do business with.
