Had not left the parking lot turn car on a very loud noise came from the car went back and told them that there was a loud noise coming from the car the manager came out with me took the car for a test driver when I went back inside the office the car was on the lift and several men were looking under the car it was determined that the heat shield was hitting the drive shaft why did the person that drove the car up to the door didn’t say anything to me or the manager a trip to pick up the a 15 minute turned into a 30 -40 minute visit.

The work on the car was excellent Randall and Lana were outstanding communicators only two minor issues… The lane departure mechanism will not shut off and secondly the vehicle was promised three separate times for December 30 and it was not ready until a week later…..other than that great job
