Janie n other staff we great in keeping us updated, answering my questions when I called. It was a hard process and PDM make it a lot more tolerable to deal with when we need the assurance of repairs being done in 3 mos it took to get it back. Parts were unavailable not because of their inability to get orders done… just simply the manufacturing of parts unavailable.
