The receptionist in the body shop was kind of rude to me when I first went in there about my problem. And also when I called to get the phone number for my insurance adjuster that they talk to. But was nice to me after the work was approved

Overall, the outcome was amazing! My car looks fantastic! However, the downside is that they didn’t thoroughly check to ensure everything was working properly. It was an honest mistake, but simple things like that can leave a dissatisfied customer feeling compelled to return and take their car back. It’s frustrating when things that worked when I dropped it off suddenly stop working when I get it back. Additionally, a new headlight developed condensation and water, while my other one, which has been on the car for nine years, remains unaffected.

Pallotta did great work and car looks like it is new again. The repair time was very quick and they were happy to communicate the process with me. Staff is great, manager is wonderful to work with. They weren't happy with the repair when it was first completed so reached out to me and let me know it was going to be another day or two so they could correct the problem (other places would have just given me the not 100% fixed car). If I ever have the unfortunate need for repair again, I will definitely return to Pallotta.

THE BEST company to take your car to get worked on. They let me rent a car for free because I was paying to rent another car through a different company. Exceptional service and hospitality. They all deserve rasies.
