I would have liked weekly or biweekly updates. I only received 3 updates total. That’s the only negative thing I have to say. They did a great job the first time.

I am amazed by how quick and easy the whole process was. I expected to have to drop my car off for a whole day for the estimate, and much longer for the actual fix. Everyone was so friendly when I came for my estimate and let me wait inside so my daughter wouldn’t be cold. They were able to order the part before I came in, saving even more time unlike other places that keep your car for the whole week waiting on a part. They worked well with enterprise so there was no inconvenience there. Even when signals got crossed about the return for the rental, they took care of everything. I am someone who gets very stressed and frustrated over car issues (previous owner of a ‘96 corolla with 250k miles on it, many issues over the years) so this was extremely refreshing. While I hope no one I know needs a body shop, if they do run into that issue, pun not intended, I will absolutely recommend Pallotta Ford with a 10/10 rave review. Thank you!!

The secretary at the repair shop was extremely rude. She cancelled my rental car from Enterprise. She made the decision that my car was drivable. When the guy came out to look at my car and get the estimate he said that the car was not drivable and that my rental should have never been cancelled. She was nasty on the phone and in person. Does not make for good customer service. The guy who did the estimate and repairs was extremely helpful and couldn't believe the secretary cancelled my rental car.
