I got a call from Glen in the body shop department a couple of days after our truck was towed. We had only had our truck for one week before the accident. I was informed of approximate price to fix it and a an approximate date it would be done. I was also told I would receive texts with updates which I found very helpful. Glen told me the amount of my deductible and also arranged for the Parts Dept. to make a duplicate key since we only had one key. Palm Chevrolet body shop did an excellent job returning our truck to the original status. It looks like new. Thank you Glen and the body shop crew.
