I arranged to drop off my car on a given date with the expectation that parts would be ordered and confirmed for delivery by that date to minimize mybtime without the car. On the day before I expected to get my car back I called and learned that the painted bumper was on backorder for 2 weeks. No one called me to discuss this. I had to find out and push to get them to resolve by getting an unpainted bumper. I was also told up front that the car would be sent to Volvo to be checked and I noted a specific warning that appeared after the accident. The car was not taken to Volvo as promised and the warning I noted reappeared almost immediately after I retrieved my car.
