An accident resulting in damage to your car is not a common thing, hopefully. It is stressful and traumatic. Everyone at Pamby made this unpleasant experience more pleasant than expected due to their exceptional communication and customer service. The seamless hand off and drop off of our rental car from Enterprise was seamless. Tommy especially was pleasant and excellent. I highly recommend Pamby !!

Didn't return my phone call after I left a message trying to set up appointment for repair. When I went to pick up the car they just charged me and told me where the car was. Didn't ask if I was satisfied with how it looked. Other than that the repair was good and they did communicate through text messages about the progress and day the work would be done.

Looks good Fyi: I chose Pamby because of your free tire air service, gas attendant, and the fact you don’t overcharge for gas. Overall Pamby seems to put in emphasis on customer service and in my case it did not go unnoticed

Overall everything got fixed and was done quickly. Even with the little delays I couldn’t complain. Only issue I had is that I am missing a full interior cleaning spray and a bunch of brand new cleaning rags that were in my truck. I know those things were in here and getting the truck back now it’s gone
