I was very pleased with the professionalism and work that was done by Panther city collision, I took my vehicle in for a chip on the door, they worked quickly to make sure everything was completed in a timely manner and kept me up to date during the process. Excellent work. They work directly with State Farm insurance and all I had to pay was the deductible. They also added 2 batteries that had to be replaced at there cost. Highly Recommend.

I enjoyed working with Dave Nimz. His easy going attitude and personality makes the process so much easier, especially when the unpleasant experience of trying to work with the uncooperative insurance adjuster. The car turned out great and was worth the wait in getting it completed. I will happily recommend Panther City Collision because of Dave. I also want to commend the people who actually did the work to the car. It turned out beautiful. In addition, please tell Paige that I really appreciated her customer service attitude. I also want to say, I have never run into as many happy folks. Every contact that I had with anyone at Panther were personable and courteous. Management at Panther must be doing a great job behind the scenes to have such a great crew. Keep up the great work jn the new shop in Bridgeport and I know it will be successful! Jenny and her team were outstanding. Got my quote within minutes, parts ordered and secured immediately and my vehicle finished before the promise date and the final price was less than quoted. When does this happen in today’s environment. They were outstanding.
