I absolutely loved Paramus Best Auto Body shop from the moment. I pulled up in the parking lot. (1) They had beautiful flowers by the front door entrance, (2) the office was so clean, even the bathroom, (3) the manager, Chris Rillieu, couldn’t have been nicer and more accommodating, (4) one of the mechanics, I believe his name is Carlos, as soon as he saw me, he offered for me to have a cup of coffee (the coffee was delicious, by the way), (5) Erica, the employee who handled my case personally from beginning to end, was absolutely wonderful, (6) my car was repaired in record time, and the repairs are absolutely beautiful;l my car literally looks brand new!!! I could go on and on; however, I want everyone to know that I was really upset about the damages on my car, but, Paramus Best Auto Body Shop turned a very negative situation into a very positive situation for me. Thank you so much, Paramus Best Auto Body Shop!!! God bless all of you always!!! In case you haven’t figured it out yet, I would highly recommend Paramus Best Auto Body Shop to anyone that needs any type of body work repairs done to their car. Amen!!!

Chris & Erika listened to my concerns regarding my car. And they were able to answer any questions that I had. They kept in contact with me to let me know how long it would take for my car to be repaired. I feel they did a wonderful job and I would use them again, as well as recommend them.

Both Jose and Chris explained what to expect once insurance companies got in touch with them. I was kept informed about the progress that was being made and it was finished inches time frame they predicted. Couldn't be more satisfied. Two thumbs up.
