From start to finish, he was outstanding — patient, meticulous, and fully committed to making sure every detail of the repair was handled the right way. Walter has a remarkable eye for detail and a level of care that is rare. He ensured the repair work was done properly, followed through on every step, and managed the insurance process with absolute professionalism. He provided end‑to‑end support that made a stressful situation significantly easier. His service, care, and thoughtfulness were a 10 out of 10.

Most definitely mostly because of Davis Richards professionalism, knowledge and demeanor. They way he broke down everthing was exceptional. As well guiding us to the whole process when a couple of unexpected issues arouse. He is the best.

Cant say enough about Davis Richards. He truly made this whole stressful situation a walk in the park. His demeanor, knowledge of every single detail without even having to ask was amazing. Super nice guy as well. I will not work with any other rep but him from this point on. Definitly will recommend this shop because of him.

It was awful working with the body shop. Nothing but delays and lies. The work was good but the customer service was awful. I will never use you again because of that. To have to take to the manager about getting reimbursed because of your errors should be embarrassing for a high end shop

Walter Hernandez was great to work with! He really helped work through all of the insurance challenges, kept me updated on the progress of the repairs and simply put, he was very customer oriented! The entire tech team did an amazing job on my car. It looks brand new! High quality work and an attention to detail that left nothing overlooked. I will not take my Mercedes anywhere else if I need body repair again (though let’s hope I don’t need it!)

Adam was exceptional to work with throughout the entire repair process. This was actually my second time working with him, and once again he exceeded my expectations. From start to finish, he was professional, responsive, and transparent. He kept me informed every step of the way, took the time to answer my questions, and made sure I understood what was happening throughout the repair. What impressed me most was his commitment to repairing my Mercedes-Benz properly. When there were disagreements with the insurance company regarding the repair procedures, Adam advocated for repairing the vehicle to Mercedes-Benz standards rather than taking shortcuts. Based on his experience, he recommended pursuing the appraisal process when it became clear it was the best path forward. Park Place BodyWerks already had an established relationship with an independent appraisal firm, coordinated the entire process, and even covered the appraisal costs on my behalf. Compared to my previous repair experience, the appraisal process made this repair far more efficient and dramatically reduced the stress of dealing with the insurance company. The quality of the repairs exceeded my expectations, and it’s clear that Adam and the entire Park Place BodyWerks team take tremendous pride in their craftsmanship and customer service. I truly appreciate everything they did and wouldn’t hesitate to trust them with my vehicle again or recommend them to anyone looking for first-class collision repairs.

They genuinely advocate for their customers and go above and beyond to make what is normally a stressful process as smooth and straightforward as possible.

He is a tremendous asset to Park Place, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him and BodyWerks to anyone needing collision repairs.
