The staff was really kind and helpful, service was timely despite the holidays, but above all, I was not expecting my car to be so CLEAN!! Exterior scuff marks gone, stains on the seats gone, and I had no idea my steering wheel was so dirty because now it feels brand new! Especially because my vehicle had been stolen, I really appreciate the deep clean because it feels like it is MY car again. Thank you Parker-Robb for giving my unfortunate experience a silver lining!

Andy & Kyle are super nice and helpful. My baby (the car) looked like new... like it had a face-lift but without weird distortion that happens when people get face-lifts. I could only be happier if my insurance hadn't totaled/scrapped my car title (a-holes).

This is the body shop I will use from now on and will recommend to my friends. They did beautiful work, finished the job within a week (only took that long because we had to wait on the shipping of a BMW sensor), and returned my car cleaned inside and out. But best of all - they communicated with me clearly and frequently throughout the process. All of this even though I wasn’t paying a cent (since all was covered by the other driver’s insurance)!

Very friendly from start to finished. Never felt rushed. They didn't finish cleaning the car by the time I came to pick it up and they insisted I come back for a free car detail. You can tell they really value the work they do. They took the time to explain what they will be doing to repair and were just very kind, personable, and friendly.
