I brought my car in to be fixed using another person‘s insurance as they backed into the front of my car. I spoke with Walt about three minor spots on my car and how much it would cost to fix those while the car was at your shop. He told me he would be able to take care of those for me. I was happy to pay for the work while the car was there and while I had a paid rental car. When I picked the car up the work that had been done was great however they had forgotten to fix the three spots. That was very disappointing. Now if I want to get those fixed, I will lose the car for an additional few days and have to buy or purchase a rental car on my own dime.

Everybody I interacted with at Parker’s collision was extremely nice and welcoming. They communicated well and made the process stress free and assured that my car was in good hands. My car was fixed in a timely manner and it was taken very good care of. This is the only place I have felt comfortable and assured when it comes to car repairs. The team made my situation so much easier and I want to thank all of you!!!!
