My car was total loss I was told that the repairs exceeded the value of a car. I still would have appreciated having it repaired instead of having to replace it. I was unsure if I had the option to make payments to pay you as long as it wasn't too much more

Had my car over a month and only got 2 up dates and the second update was when I had to return my rental car. So I was with out a car for 3-4 days. And on a Friday at 2 pm I spoke with Walt telling me all the had to do was put my car back together. And would call me sat between 930-10 and would come in with another guy to finish and deliver my car. Never heard a word till I. Called about 1 pm he tells me 2 of the molds around the door had broken and he ordered them but wouldn’t get them til Monday. So when my car was picked up Tuesday I got my there was a ran of the paint the little small window n the back corner the tent was all messed up and my side mirror the back was all Scratched up. So no I’m Not a happy person.

I am more than satisfied with the outcome of my car. It looks new. Everyone I come in touch with was very pleasant. I have to give kudos to Aaron he was very helpful through my ordeal. When I went to pick up my car he came out with me and inspected the area that was damaged (what company does that). I would highly recommend Parkers.
