The theft and damage to my car felt personal and I was overwhelmed with all the details, towing car rental and so forth. Parkers has a team of kind understanding people who are excellent communicators. They helped me find all the defects cleaning my car throughly checking out the engine suspension interior while being very considerate of my feelings of apprehension and crazy work schedule. They even coordinate to return your rental car! I was unsure of my brakes and mentioned that I might stop at Black's Tire on a Monday and was told to just give a call and it could be added to my claim. Thank you Parkers Collison for erasing all signs of "my car being violated "...and being so understanding making the process simple .
