Chasity Sigmon and John Bentsen was very professional and looking out for my best interest on getting my truck repaired right. We had a problem with Progressive Insurance adjuster. So I had to switch back to let USAA handle the repairs and let them deal with Progressive.

Staff was great and very helpful and responsive. Repairs were great as well. Only issue was the communication during repairs. My completion date kept getting pushed and I was not given notice till the days after I was supposed to pick it up

Everything was seamless and easy. The consistent updates allowed me to follow the process. The partnership with the rental company also made the logistics of transportation easy as well.

No one kept me informed about anything. I had to constantly call to check on things and call to ensure that my rental car time was extended. Just overall lack of commutation with me and not timely with my insurance company either.

We are not very happy that nobody told us about the break in on July 22 while our truck was there. Found about when we were contacted by the District Attorney’s office

I appreciated everything about my repair experience. From the estimate to the pickup, I was pleased with Carolina’s Collision. I really liked the communication through text messages. I never had to wonder what was going on with my car and I’m sure the office liked that I wasn’t calling all the time. đŸ˜‰ Thank you for the great experience!

I recognize that I don't fully understand the timeline of car repairs, including ordering parts and labor. However, I feel that even customers without that understanding are still allowed to expect some professionalism and transparency about the repair process. Mr. John Bentzen did not display those qualities to a level that left me satisfied as a customer. He started off well, communicating when I should bring my car in and how to set up rental arrangements. We even had a call that mentioned that my insurance company was waiving the deposit because I was not the one at fault in the accident so I was assured by him that I did not have to pay any out of pocket expenses for the shop's expenses. However, the correspondence over the course of repairs left much to be desired. During the first two weeks of repairs. I called every couple of days so as to inquire on the status of my vehicle and make sure I was still on track to pick up my vehicle on the projected pickup date so I can plan accordingly. 4-5 days before the first supposed pickup, I was told I should be fine to pick it up. However, when I called the day before the pickup, I was suddenly informed that my entire rear door would have to be replaced and that I would have to wait another two weeks. I understand that issues tend to be discovered during the repair process that can cause understandable delays. However, the first two weeks of repairs was plenty of time to find out that the whole back door needed replacing. It seems like too big of an issue to only inform the customer of the day before his first supposed pickup. And he made no effort to reach out first. I only found out about the timeline change because I took the initiative to call to check in. I was left with no choice but to extend my rental and begrudgingly accept the new deadline. I still made the occasional calls to inquire about the progress, but yet again, the day before my second projected date, I was informed about another delay. While annoyed yet again, since I was so close to having my car ready, I accepted this as well. Keep in mind, the days of both initially planned pickup dates, I had made arrangements with work and my other commitments to take off so I could be ready to pick up my vehicle, only to have my plans mean nothing and having to rearrange my schedule time after time. The day of my actual pick up, I was so happy to finally pick up that I almost decided not to write this. However, this last slight reminded me of the reason my suffering from this accident was so drawn out in the first place. When I arrived on the actual pick up day, Mr. Bentzen, stubborn and uncommunicative as ever, said that I suddenly owed him the $500 in deposit that I thought both him and my insurance company told me was already covered and that I didn't have to pay. He didn't remember that conversation and rudely refused when I asked him to check his emails from my insurance company to confirm everything. I paid because he was holding my car hostage. When I left the office I called my insurance company and within 5 minutes sent me proof of their payments so I returned to the office demanding a refund of what I was forced to pay, which he complied with. I doubt any corrective measures will be taken but am writing this so it will be on the record and rest assured, this survey won't be the only online record of this.

When the car was dropped off the guy was super attentive and helpful. This was a direct contrast to when we went to collect the Audi after the repair was complete. There was no one at the reception desk, and eventually a young girl wandered to it. There was no apology for having had to wait about 5 - 10 minutes, and no greeting of any kind. My husband actually had to ask for the car. This was a real shame because the rest of the experience was so good.
