The repair was great, but I was not a fan of how I gave my vehicle for 11 days and was told that it would be ready by a certain day. Then on the day when I’m supposed to be able to pick it up, I’m told that it’s not going to be ready until 2 days later. I understand delays happen but it seemed like work didn’t even begin on it until the day it was supposed to be picked up. If it was going to be delayed, I should’ve been notified sooner than the day I was supposed to pick it up.

It took three weeks to get a new rear door - not a door with anything complicated. You did fantastic work, but being without my car for three weeks was an avoidable burden. Nobody will convince me that three weeks worth of work was done on that car. There must be something that can improve in the work stream that would reduce this time. I have fixed things before, so my informed guess is that it sat there for 75-95% of its 20 days either waiting in line or waiting on parts.
