Great customer service from start to finish! From the initial call to confirm my appointment, to the coordination with my insurance and Enterprise, I could not have been more pleased. I also appreciated the text messages with updates about the progress of repairs. Upon pickup, I was very pleased with the work that had been done. My vehicle repair is as good as new!

My experience with Caliber Collision was awesome. I had frequent updates about my vehicle. It was actually ready earlier than initially anticipated. When I received my vehicle back they had washed it and vacuumed it out. That was an excellent topping to such a wonderful experience.

Only cosmetic repairs were to be done due to front end damage from someone hitting my car in residence parking lot at apartment on first estimate. Car was taken apart and Caliber Collision added additional charges which were not approved by owner and was not contacted which made 2nd estimate much higher than expected.
