I know you guys did the best you could. I especially liked that your worker saved me some money by not ordering a new front headlight on the undamaged side of the car (as I had requested, and was willing to pay for), but polished the lens to match the left headlight assembly that was replaced. Thank you for doing that.

The car looks like new where the repairs were made. Because it’s a 2009 model, of course, the rest of the paint elsewhere is aging, but Parks polished it up to look good so the contrast isn’t so noticeable.

I was notified early on when the car was expected to be ready (about 2work weeks, but due to having trouble getting a good hood replacement, it took a couple of days longer than scheduled. I understood the delay, but because I was renting a car, my out-of-pocket expense increased by 4 days.
