From my initial contact with Parks Collision, I was pleased with their service. The receptionist was informative and efficient, as well as very cordial. They were excellent communicators via text and kept me well-informed on their progress and the expected completion date. I was very pleased when they notified me that my car was ready for pick-up, three days earlier than projected! The car really does look great. In these times of so much uncertainty and stress, I greatly appreciate the excellent service I received from Parks Collision. Thanks to all of you - the gentlemen who did the actual repairs, the Advisor who oversaw the project, and the lovely young lady at the desk who greeted me on the day I brought my car in for service.

Unlikely because I live in Pennsylvania and Richmond, Va is roughly 6-7 hours away. It’d have be a unique set of circumstances for me to recommend them. But they were great especially Randy Wright
