Not satisfied yet with the repairs as the car was damaged while in your shop - a rather significant dent that extends from the left front quarter panel onto the driver's door. Brad confirmed that the damage was not present when you received the car for service. You also missed one of the keyed scratches on the trunk lid and somehow scuffed the hood of the car which will require buffing at least. This was pretty poor service. I will give you the opportunity to make all of these repairs before I complain to my insurance company and post any negative reviews. This one does not have to be posted. I will need a loaner car from you while you have my car. I would appreciate a call from your Service Manager to discuss these issues. You have my number.
