I was totally satisfied with my service from beginning to end. Randy helped me just getting a rental car after I was told by my insurance company that I would have to pay out-of-pocket first and then they would reimburse me later. But he talked to the insurance company and got it all straightened out and I was able to get my rental car when I drop my car off to be repaired. I got updates every day on my car as well as when it was ready to be picked up. And when I got my car it was beautiful on the outside and in the inside. I couldn't ask for any more. I will definitely recommend them to my family and friends

Brad was just the best with customer service, so attentive and keeping me informed. And I think the woman who starts the process off and greets you when you come in door is extremely professional and efficient

Brad provided excellent customer service! He kept me informed as far as the process. He explained the work and how much time would be required for completion. The work was finished earlier than promised and he called a day in advance to make certain I was aware of when the vehicle would be ready for pickup. He also resolved a problem with the rental vehicle delivered.
