I had a great experience with Parkville Auto. They contacted me to schedule my appointment and called me the day before the appointment to remind me about it. They were flexible on my arrival time to drop my car off and flexible for the pick up. The technician called me to discuss my repairs and went above and beyond to troubleshoot an issue that was outside of the scope of work that was required. The technician came out with me to inspect the work done on the car when I arrived to pick it up and walked me through the repairs. It was a seamless process from beginning to end. I highly recommend Parkville Auto Body and although it was a little farther than I wanted to travel, I'm glad I selected this bodyshop over another repair facility. Five stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
